An under-construction appraisal reflects the home at its current stage of completion, accounting for what is finished and what remains. Why Comparable Sales, Not Just Cost

Construction cost and market value are not the same. A home can cost more to build than it will sell for, or sell for more than its construction cost depending on location and demand. Builder cost data helps confirm the specifications, but the supported value comes from market evidence, not cost alone.

What Information to Prepare
